I tried to return my order it ended up being way more annoying than it needed to be. I waited days just to hear back, and when they finally replied, it didn’t really sort out the whole thing anyway. I felt like I kept having to follow up over and over. Just not worth the stress for me, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"I really wanted to feel good about..."
I really wanted to feel good about this purchase, but for the price, I just didn’t feel reassured that it was worth it. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, it felt like too much money for what I got.

I’m disappointed with the quality. It felt really cheap right out of the box, and I was expecting something better. Maybe I just got a bad one, but it definitely didn’t feel worth it to me

"Shipping took way too long"
I placed my order expecting it to arrive within the estimated delivery window , but it ended up taking way longer than I thought it would .
The tracking was confusing too , and it barely updated , so I never really knew where my package was or when it was actually coming .
I tried reaching out to support , but the reply was late and did not really help much . Honestly , it was frustrating enough that I would not order again unless they improve their delivery process .

"Wrong items showed up"
I opened my order and it wasn’t even the stuff I bought. Like, come on, give me a break. I just wanted what I paid for, not a random mix of the wrong items.

I tried reaching out to Freedom Industries about my order, the whole thing was frustrating. Replies were slow, nobody gave me a clear answer, and it felt like I was just being passed around instead of actually helped. I had to repeat the same information more than once, which made it even more annoying. At this point, I’d at least expect an apology for the hassle, but I haven’t gotten one. Really disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t use them again.
