I tried to return my order it ended up being way more annoying than it needed to be. I waited days just to hear back, and when they finally replied, it didn’t really sort out the whole thing anyway. I felt like I kept having to follow up over and over. Just not worth the stress for me, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I really wanted to feel good about this purchase, but for the price, I just didn’t feel reassured that it was worth it. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, it felt like too much money for what I got.

I’m disappointed with the quality. It felt really cheap right out of the box, and I was expecting something better. Maybe I just got a bad one, but it definitely didn’t feel worth it to me

I placed my order expecting it to arrive within the estimated delivery window , but it ended up taking way longer than I thought it would .
The tracking was confusing too , and it barely updated , so I never really knew where my package was or when it was actually coming .
I tried reaching out to support , but the reply was late and did not really help much . Honestly , it was frustrating enough that I would not order again unless they improve their delivery process .

I opened my order and it wasn’t even the stuff I bought. Like, come on, give me a break. I just wanted what I paid for, not a random mix of the wrong items.

I tried reaching out to Freedom Industries about my order, the whole thing was frustrating. Replies were slow, nobody gave me a clear answer, and it felt like I was just being passed around instead of actually helped. I had to repeat the same information more than once, which made it even more annoying. At this point, I’d at least expect an apology for the hassle, but I haven’t gotten one. Really disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t use them again.

I purchased a pair of there XP1 shoes and to my surprise the shoes are made in China and it already shows. I’ve been wearing these shoes to work(office job) the last few weeks and already have some stitching coming undone. I’ve posted feedback on there Facebook and IG page only to have my post deleted and I can no longer comment. This company misrepresents themselves as Freedom USA Co with USA flags all over there products. Most of there products show USA made logos online so why wouldn’t one assume all there other products are also. I do not recommend doing business with a company that misrepresents themselves and then tries to silence you when you give some not so good feedback. Please do your research as there are plenty of good USA companies with similar style products but that are actually selling USA made products. What a disgrace!!
